For our (North Central Home Builders Association)
Tour of Homes™ this year, we wanted our
official even publication to be more unified throughout
our builder pages and have consistency in the
renderings and floor plans. We contacted Adam
with Muddy River Design (an NCHBA member) to see
if he would be interested in working with some
of our builders on their renderings and floor
plans. Adam was more than accommodating, and was
easy to work with from start to finish. His work
was outstanding and when combined with the other
renderings and floor plans that were provided
by another NCHBA member, we finally had what we
were looking for; professional, consistent renderings
and floor plans. His turn-around time and first
draft approvals were amazing. We look forward
to continuing to work with Muddy River Design
in our future Tour of Homes™!

Recently
we had to opportunity to work with Adam Peterson
of Muddy River Design for our new home. I must
say we were very pleased as to his knowledge of
residential construction and his design services.
He is prompt, efficient and considers all aspects

Adam is top flight.
Good quality work, understands construction systems,
is flexible and honest. You won't beat his pricing
unless you were to go off shore for the work and
then your foreign language skills will have to
be much sharper than mine to be able to get any
changes made. Adam is able to produce a set of
drawings faster than anyone else I've worked with,
and that includes anyone in my own 34 person design
studio.
