1/3 down to begin, 1/3 at
completion of conceptual design and 1/3 due
upon completion.

Turnaround Time: 2-4 weeks, depending on
schedule of structural engineer and ARC (if applicable)
Structural Engineering: Lateral cost = factor x (total square
footage, including garage) Example: 2-story, 1800sf home w/
2-car garage would run about $460.00. Factor: 15% single story,
20% two story.
Stock Plan: $650.00 flat fee
Modified Stock Plan: $45.00/hr

Meet with client at their location. Discuss proposed project.
Optional meetings by telephone or over the internet if client
not located in Oregon.

Design Concept - (included with signed contract amount)
Includes Floor Plan(s) & elevations concept.
Design Concept must be approved to move on to Preliminary Design
Drawings.
3.)
Preliminary Design Drawings - (included with signed
contract amount) Includes Floor Plan(s), Front Elevation, Rear Elevation,
Left Elevation, Right Elevation and Roof Plan Preliminary Drawings.Preliminary
Drawings must be approved to move on to Construction Documents.
4.)
Construction Documents - Based on total living S.F.
under roof and number of floors (See above pricing)Includes
Cover Sheet, General Notes/Specs, Site Plan, Foundation Plan
& Details, Floor Plan(s), Front Elevation, Rear Elevation,
Left Elevation, Right Elevation, Roof Plan(s), Electrical Plan(s),
