  • Drafting Services: $45.00/HR
  • 3D Modeling: $250.00 per rendering.
  • Residential Drafting & Design: 1.75/sf – 2.50/sf (custom & semi-custom home design)
  • Minimum Construction Document Fee – $500.00 (Garages/Shops only)
  • 1/3 down to begin, 1/3 at completion of conceptual design and 1/3 due upon completion.
    (Total Fee includes Concept, Preliminary and Construction Document totals combined).
  • Turnaround Time: 2-4 weeks, depending on schedule of structural engineer and ARC (if applicable)
  • Structural Engineering: $450.00 flat fee
  • Stock Plan: $1200.00 flat fee
  • Modified Stock Plan: $45.00/hr

Breakdown

  • Consultation at Clients Location | No Charge
    Meet with client at their location. Discuss proposed project.
    Optional meetings by telephone or over the internet if client not located in Oregon.
  • Design Concept
    Included with signed contract amount. Features: Floor Plan(s) & elevations concept. Design Concept must be approved to move on to Preliminary Design Drawings.
  • Preliminary Design Drawings
    Included with signed contract amount; Features: Floor Plan(s), Front Elevation, Rear Elevation, Left Elevation, Right Elevation and Roof Plan Preliminary Drawings. Preliminary Drawings must be approved to move on to Construction Documents.
  • Construction Documents
    Based on total living S.F. under roof and number of floors (See above pricing)Includes Cover Sheet, General Notes/Specs, Site Plan, Foundation Plan & Details, Floor Plan(s), Front Elevation, Rear Elevation, Left Elevation, Right Elevation, Roof Plan(s), Electrical Plan(s), Cross Sections, Detail Sheet and Lateral Plans.
  • Changes to Approved Design
    $45.00/hr
  • Set of Blueprints
    First Set is Free. $10.00 per set each additional set. Note: 5 sets typically required.
  • CADD Files on CD
    Choose from .DWG, .DXF, .PDF, .JPG, .BMP, formats. These are required if building more than one (1) house per design.
  • Roof Truss and Floor Joist Engineering Coordination
    Included
  • Structural Engineering Coordination
    Included. Does not include Engineers sign & seal, drawings, notes or fees. (Seperate contract with engineer)
  • To purchase a stock or modified set of home plans
    Stock Plan – $1200.00 plus shipping.
